At Pets & Soul, we want your pet essentials to arrive quickly and safely.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping areas

We currently ship to addresses across the United States and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping methods & timeframes

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited shipping: available at checkout where offered

Free shipping threshold

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 within the United States. Shipping costs for orders below the threshold or outside the US are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@beautifulpaws.store.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
