Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible orders.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
